Arrived in Melbourne Finally

Lots of photos be patient

Well the flight or there lack of was very entertaining indeed had a flight attendent whom was quite hot, but i never managed to get a photo with her how stupid of me. But in saying that I did have 3 mini sized bottles of wine and that was quite interesting. I like that, watching 1 and a bit movies the first of which is No. 2 a new zealand film, very nice actually i enjoyed it alot but the second one i couldn't finish because we had to land and that was Match Point. Oh that's not really the point of this post or is it. Well I got to Melbourne Airport at around 10:30am Melbourne time, tired as hell because i couldn't control my nerves and get to sleep last night. Anyway after customs I went out to the information desk asking the lady where to catch the bus to melbourne city all she said was over on the curb. Oh come on no one told me it was like a mile down at the domestic terminal. But anyway not about to complain about things that have no relvance to me actually enjoying my time. So I got to the city at a train station called Southern Cross Station, i swear some of this stuff sounds like they ripped it off the british. I mean sure we got britomart but come on Southern Cross Station, or am i just thinking bullshit I don't know anymore I'm so tired. But anyway I couldn't believe how much the people wanted me to pay to use a locker for 24 hours AU$7 for 24 hours of a locker come on that's a total rip off. But you know I had to spend it cause I wanted to walk around town without carrying the luggage around. So got that sorted, then proceeded to go buy a metcard (fancy name for a bus, tram, train card) well when i put it like that it is fancy. But anyway man was very helpful at the ticket counter. Then walking to the side of the road to cross random car stops in the middle of the intercetcion and just stays there and then starts moving when all the lights are red. I was like what, but then I remembered that's right the weird "HOOK" turn thing. Long story short I was totally confused. If that wasn't enough i was even more confused as to where I was. Luckly there are people around every where to ask for directions I ended up on Elizabeth street in the middle of melbourne city, went to get lunch and got told off for taking photos inside a building cause they're worried i'm about to map it out and bomb it. Then went to a discount store that sold electronic equipment and for the first time got inspected on my way out. My god just my luck ain't it, but after that I started meeting really cool australian people the first of which is a girl named Julia (Me and Julia's) she was nice and we started to talk she studys at Melbourne University and so forth and so on. Anyway the conversation was never going to go anywhere but the fact that I was able to start a conversation was enough. Oh yeah did I mention the abudance of women in melbourne man I don't think I've seen so many women in my entire life. I swear this city has more girls than the entire of new zealand put together and they ain't bad either looking wise i mean. After this I started getting really tired so I started heading home the train was fun it's got bits that are underground with like 3 stations that are underground and the rest above it reminds me of germany. Tomorrow I'm going to head to a place called melbourne central it's supposed to be real cool I think maybe, we'll see.

So this is Southern Cross Station in all it's glory

The tallest business building in the southern hemisphere apparantly, The Rialto Towers

Discount chain I think maybe I went to do some minor shopping there for deordent and a packet of allens lollies

Melbourne busking, it's like a nz idol competition to this girl, she wasn't bad though, if only i had change oh wait NZ dollars would do

Melbourne Graffiti

Melbourne Art, what were they thinking... Umm maybe they're all crazy here, that could be quite cool
